Multiple course bookings:

To receive multiple course bookings they must be purchased in the same transaction. Discounts/refunds of the difference will not be offered or available for courses purchased in separate transactions. Normal rescheduling and refund policy applies, please continue reading below.

Rescheduling:

You can reschedule your booking to another course date of the same course up to 14 days before your current booking start day. This will involve a $100.00 administration fee payable upon rescheduling.

If rescheduling within 14 days of your booked course start date a payment of 50% of the cost of your enrolment is required.

Rescheduling is not available between our hosted courses and our three core courses.

Refunds:

Refunds are not available for any of our courses, it is your responsibility to make sure that you are available for your course. Course credits maybe offered and this will be determined on a case by case basis.

If we have to cancel a course for any reason, full refunds or credits will be offered to participants.
