Friend Referral:

We love your friends. Refer them to get $100.00 of credit to use towards future courses with us. How it works;

  • Your friend must list you as their response to ‘how did you hear about us?’

  • You and your friend must be enrolling into the same course, or you must have attended a previous course with us. The credit is applied to your account to be used for your next course with us.

  • Credit expires if not used within 12 months

  • Credit can only be used towards one of our three core courses run by The Knowledge Exchange and not courses being hosted by us for other practitioners.

  • To book a course using your credit you will need to get in touch with us directly, it cannot be applied when booking online. Refunds will not be given if you book online and then decide to use any credit that you have.

  • A maximum of $500.00 credit can be used towards one course at a time and the difference must be paid for regardless on the amount of credit you have.

  • Not redeemable for cash, not refundable and not to be used with any other offer.

Rescheduling:

You can reschedule your booking to another course date of the same course up to 14 days before your current booking start day. This will involve a $100.00 administration fee payable upon rescheduling.

If rescheduling within 14 days of your booked course start date a payment of 50% of the cost of your enrolment is required.

Rescheduling is not available between our hosted courses and our three core courses.

Refunds:

Refunds are not available for any of our courses, it is your responsibility to make sure that you are available for your course. Course credits maybe offered and this will be determined on a case by case basis.

If we have to cancel a course for any reason, full refunds or credits will be offered to participants.
