We start our podcast series off with a cracker as Luke and Brendan sit down with Adam Meakins, the controversial, yet critically thinking Sports Physio. Adam is a UK based physiotherapist and is notoriously known for calling out nonsense online. His social media presence has lead to many fascinating debates and without a doubt has caused many to self-reflect on their current practice.

Be warned however, this episode has a strong LANGUAGE WARNING as the discussion gets somewhat passionate and boozy as they discuss topics of low value therapy interventions, shitty manual therapy practices, creating sustainable societal change around the meaning of pain and which country has the best cricket and rugby teams.
