Course Purchase Terms and Conditions
Rescheduling of face to face and live online courses:
You can reschedule your booking to another course date of the same course up to 14 days before your current booking start day. This will involve a $100.00 administration fee payable upon rescheduling.
If rescheduling within 14 days of your booked course start date a payment of 50% of the cost of your enrolment is required.
If you need to reschedule and there are no course dates that suit your needs, we can hold credit for you to attend a course within 12 months of your initial booked course. Fees will apply as above and credit will be forfeit after this 12 month period.
Rescheduling is not available between any hosted courses.
COVID-19 restrictions and changes:
The Knowledge Exchange will be following all restrictions inline with government guidelines. If we are not able to deliver face-to-face courses when scheduled, these course will be run via Zoom on the same dates and times. Our normal reschedule terms and conditions will apply if you wish to change course dates.
Self-paced online courses:
You have 12 weeks upon purchase of your self-paced course to complete the content. An additional 2 weeks may be approved upon request and extra fees will apply for additional time to access the content and this will be charged at $99.00 per week of extension.
Your completion certificate will be available after the completion of all modules.
Refunds:
Refunds are not available for any of our courses, it is your responsibility to make sure that you are available for your course or to complete it in the allocated time frame for online courses. Course credits maybe offered and this will be determined on a case by case basis.
If we have to cancel a course for any reason, full refunds or credits will be offered to participants.
Discussion Groups:
Refunds will not be offered unless we have to cancel a group for any reason, it is your responsibility to make sure that you are available at the date and time that you have selected to attend.
To cancel or reschedule your booking 24 hours notice is required otherwise your session will be forfeit.
